Very little down south too, plenty of enquiries, the price qouted and price paid are not the same. A few miles from here will be cutting barley next week so not long now to stretch it out.Has the country run out of barley ?

They say it "pays to advertise "Very little down south too, plenty of enquiries, the price qouted and price paid are not the same. A few miles from here will be cutting barley next week so not long now to stretch it out.
If you want it to start with a 2 it will only be two digits ...I've got 50 tonnes left to sell. If it's that short, it better start with a 2 in the price !!
The livestock boys are used to a bit of luck money back to grab a headline market price, maybe we need to start doing this on some grain direct to farm deals..If you want it to start with a 2 it will only be two digits ...
Winter or spring?None left round here. Barley crops not looking good.
september's no good only enough here for a monthLots of very poor spring crops in Lincs will produce plenty of high N, high bushel stuff. I don't mean plenty lots, but enough area has been scrabbled into barley as will mean there will be enough come September.
