We are running our RB35 (with 36m VG boom) on 710/55/30 floatations but find it treads a bit heavy, has anyone fitted any bigger tyres successfully? We weighed it empty today, the bridge said it was 9.5t

I can t see how you will get any bigger to fit ? I had that size on previous machines but on my new one went down to 600 s as I struggle to get down some roads with 710 s even with axles right in. Think your only choice is to run partly full or wait until it dries up more.
The 710 s are heavy old wheels on each corner so I think the steering track rods etc are under enough strain as it is. Also be careful with load ratings on tyres but then wanting to go 50 km / hr down the road.

What pressure are you running at? I’m on 600’s on my 35 running at 14psi, I have a 24m contour boom so a little lighter than you but even in poor conditions I wouldn’t say it makes that much mess.

You can’t have a big tank, heavy booms and output whilst still floating like an old RB16/25 sized machine. That said I have seen a RB26 with 800mm tyres on it. No idea what make they were though.

Obviously not, but as I said above my Bateman on 600’s is down at 14psi, I’m interested as to why the OP says they can’t go lower than 22...?

Will check size later. They are Michelin Xeobibs I think. We had the Michelin rep out, filled it up with 4000l, he weighed each corner and told us 12psi is the lowest I could go and still do 40k on the road. I run at 14 as I felt it’s a little safer turning on some of our steep side banks!

I run the same as Lukehaynes above but mine are xeobibs 2 which are quite new I think.
Been on today ,most is fine but had 80acs of ryegrass reseed on clay , let's just say they have some rolling to do in the spring but weeds were swamping grass so it was a catch 22.
