Batemna RB 35 oil pressure sensor

Typical Sunday problem. On the 2013 RB35 I've just bought the engine info screen in the cab is showing a fault on the oil pressure sensor. However I can't find it! Any suggestions, its a JD 6086 but any info I find online shows the sensor in a position that doesn't exist on this configuration of engine. A bit of a head scratcher.

If you had rung the Bateman office number, someone would pick up your call (on a Sunday) , and would have advised you, no more head scratching :)

Sure it’s not a 6068 engine? Would have some poke if it had an 8.6L in it😉.

Anyway, the pressure switch should be just below the fuel rail, just to the back of the starter motor.

We have had various sensor faults come up on the screen, some even de-rate the engine. Fitting new sensors never cured the problems, it was always wiring faults. The solution was expensive but a new engine wiring loom has cured all. I am led to believe the engine bay on a Bateman is a very hot place and it eventually causes wiring problems, ours completely spat its dummy around 6000 hrs.
