BBC Remainer bias

Back to the purpose of this thread. Did anybody see Newsnight last night with Emily Maitlis interviewing Norman Lamont ? Armed with opinions of certain remainers she launched a wholehearted attack on a man who has an in depth knowledge of European trade with years of experience and still in possession of his faculties. Norman hasn`t always got it right, but who has? He is still light years ahead of that silly woman who should learn some debating and interviewing skills rather than ramming her biased thoughts down the throat of a person of vastly superior intellect.

She did look a bit daft, like an attack dog having a go at someone behind a 2" thick glass plate of reason. But he came off alright.

I agree, but simply because he has years of experience fending off jumped up hell cats like her. When I watched it last night I switched channels halfway through because her stance and technique made me uncomfortable. I finally watched the whole thing this morning.

Another ploy by the BBC. If she had shown a bit more I would have watched with the sound off:cool:

Paper bag over the head ?

You know .. if it was me I'd go straight in for the kill with loads of admiration for her figure, legs and strong personality. See if I could make her sweat a bit ...

Maybe I'd get a mention with a "Me too" Tweet.

Just the latest example, a report and a 'have your say' bit, the top posts all decrying Harman, Clarke and
Swinson and the 'Editors' picks...' = 1 post that got only 21 likes... Prigs and hypocrites :banghead:

The more I see that those two old dinosaurs that think they can alter a democratic vote the crosser I get. My cat could do a better job

What's the difference between a vote and a vote? They are both votes. They are both, by definition, democratic. We supersede general election votes every 5 years. You are more than welcome to vote Leave again in Ref2.

Maybe I'm not looking in the right places but since the referendum there seems to have been a news blackout regarding the rest of the EU in the mainstream media.

Perhaps everything that caused the brexit vote has been sorted.....

Its not been sorted but since the referendum people have started checking facts and the lies aren’t getting through anymore.

It was glaringly obvious on Newsnight last might that the BBC and their interviewees are intent on finding ways to thwart the Prime Minister and HM Government from upholding the result of the Referendum.

I would have thought that the BBC should give at least equal consideration to how the PM and HM Government can counteract the traitors ( conspirators, collaborators, turncoats, defectors, deserters, double agents, quislings, complete and utter barstewards) who are trying to thwart the result of the Referendum.
