Well the main thing is that we can hopefully sell them at a half decent priceI have a fair few too.
Never panic. There’s the festival’s to come. There’s less sheep about than there used to be 20 years ago when they always fell off a cliff in May, when a lot more big flocks of sheep lambed really early. Hoggs have been holding value into June and later. I know because I always have some to sell then. It can settle down. There’s not the sheep about. In hindsight they have probably been paying too much for them for too long and what a great week to not buy any rather than putting them up anot25p per kilo, which is what would have happened if things had carried on normally.
