‘Genuine question’ , what strange feckin world do you live in?
I’ve no idea who your son is, or whether I’ve spoken to him. Why would I, unless he introduced himself? :scratchhead:
I take as I find, always. It makes no difference to me whether some is worth squilions or running a handful of sheep between jobs. I’ve done plenty of favours for the latter and if you knew the slightest bit about me then you’d realise that.
However, I do pride myself on spotting an obnoxious pr*ck with a chip on their shoulder from a good distance…

Don't take this thread too seriously, most of what is spoken on here is doom and gloom or utter bull shite. Nevertheless, it's informative and costs nothing.

I for one enjoy your posts, as you're not afraid to challenge people's opinions in a respectful manner, it would be a shame if folk like yourself stopped posting 😉

Putting the price up won't stop this, it will make it happen even more View attachment 1090934
Their information is usually incorrect. Probably biased. They can’t even get stock figures right. I usually find doing the opposite of what they say is the safest bet. They are partly responsible for the lamb price due to them forgetting to advertise and promote our product.
Lamb is never any use when there’s poor export trade and at the moment export is difficult and restrictive. We need a free trade agreement with Europe. Something else they can’t do anything to be helpful about. Need sacking

We have got a free trade agreement with Europe, having avoided a hard Brexit, thankfully.
The problem is that NZ can send a whole load there, and here, tariff free as well.

My end of Feb early March lambers are in real good condition maybe too good. The singles are on OK pit silage, the twins are on molasses and very good hayledge and triplets are on the hayledge and 400g of rolls. Question is should I be worried that I haven't started to feed the twins yet with the rolls and how long could I get away with not feeding the rolls so as not to cause other complications?

Genuine question, how as a tup seller do you ensure that you don't deal with these peasants, I mean part time farmers/drovers/etc, there's always a fear that you just might handle some of their dirty money, you must have gone round the corner and been sick after lowering yourself to speaking to my son,no doubt you'll bump into him again one day.
This just seems an unpleasant post that means absolutely nowt to most on here, and I suspect it doesn`t mean much to the man you aimed it at. PLEASE think twice before "having a go"....
