I am looking to buy some reared calves from this company. They are relatively new to the game and was wondering if anyone had had any dealings with them.

My advice would be proceeded with caution when buying calves off any firm especially a new and unknown one, there’s plenty of sad stories on here of farmers getting their fingers well and truly burnt.

Calves look decent enough from pictures. Would be worth a try for a small number, be good to give new guys a chance. Prices seem right as well.

Been looking at their FB pages, don't know them even though they are local, but they look genuine enough to me, smallholder/part time rearers at a guess, he is down on Companies House as a lorry driver too.

Says the calves come to them direct from a handful of farms rather than via a market or collection centre, which is a good sign. There would be plenty of dairy farms round here that could supply them. Most of the photos I've seen are calves coming in rather than going out, so can't comment on what they are actually selling.
