Suggest to them they're due a rebrand BreezebreakerThe Galebreaker Rollerscreen is not fit for purpose, as supplied. The end-brackets are too weak and will bend in strong winds. The ratchet return spring is too weak to keep the ratchet properly locked. My new Rollerscreen now works properly but only after I modified the end-brackets and ratchet to strengthen them. Galebreaker were not particularly helpful, saying “the screen is not designed to cope with Gales”…. Yes really. They did eventually supply some replacement parts, but are not particularly responsive to emails or complaints
