Biggest dump trailer behind T5.110?

As per title need a dump trailer with ramps to shift stone and a Volvo ec55c 5.5ton excavator. How big can I go without overwhelming my new holland t5?

There should be a plate ,usually on the back of the cab frame, and one of the figures gives a max weight allowable for a towed braked trailer.

11-12 ton will be fine If it’s just road and tracks

Good match for 10-12t here but fairly level ground. Soon dies if trailer gets bogged. Auto gearbox is good but doesn’t change down quick enough. Auto button can be retro fitted for about £50 and worth it for road work

15t on our old Mf 5610, handled it well. 12-13t should be easily doable.

that will probably be something ridiculous like 32000 kgs for European market etc.

Yeah plate says 30000kg that'll test her.

bigger the better ....you dont have to load trailer full ,said no farmer ever

It's not overloaded the tyres are only flat on the bottom.

UK limit is just over 18tonne gross though and a lot of UK models wont have air brakes for trailer either

For me, the limiting factor was having enough backend oil to tip the trailer. Used to lose the steering if tractor wasnt level
