I asked the NFU but the questionnaire for it was very long more aimed at your commercial system than my farm 2000 200kw so in the end didn’t bother.

What does is cost? i asked our broker the question and he said it would be astronomical so thats as far as it went...

Ours is with everything else, insured through Towergate
Am finding less and less will cover a biomass boiler now
Ours is only 100kw

Mine are insured with the poultry sheds, premiums didn't alter much as we removed lpg heaters from inside the sheds at same time.
