That wasn't so much directed at AHDB staff as HM's work mates but point taken and no individual criticism meant to anyone who's circumstances I don't know.Don't forget AHDB employs plenty of younger people too. Many move to the area after their degrees and live in shared housing with people they've not met before. Not all of them in that bracket, far from it, but lots from the markets, comms and admin teams are.
you may note that I have not said that they are not working or just lazing around as I would have no way of knowing and I wouldn't criticise office workers on the whole, they are welcome to the job I wouldn't be up for it or the daily commute.
