It's still the convention that the EU can only negotiate with the Prime Minister of the UK, or his selected team. They have made that clear to both the Labour and Lib/Dem leaders.

And if it's true that the Speaker has had secret talks with an Italian MEP regarding Brexit, he should be relived of his duties forthwith. .

And who can remember the ''Father of the House'' with his brothel creepers, managing to squeeze into a small sports car, but being unable to get out again.
He used to drive an Escort xr3i.They were great! I had one,the best car i ever had.

My point about May being a remainer is that she never had any intention of leaving. She put Ollie Robbins in charge and usurped David Davis.

She put forward a far harder Brexit than even Farage was promoting at the time. So are we to presume he is a secret Remainer as well?

I'm sorry but you can't keep coming up with your fake news. Mrs May voted remain and after the stitch up by Hammond and co was installed as PM. She used to say she was strong and stable and she used to say that Brexit means Brexit and she used to say No Deal is better than a bad deal and she said she wasn't having an election. We have found out that not one of these quotes were true, the woman is a pathological liar and I find that distressing as she is a vicar's daughter. If only Boris had been made PM 3 years ago we would be reaping our success out of the EU.

May was offered the Canada style deal and turned it down, then she came up with a deal that was worse that staying in. She has a lot to answer for.

She was the only tory that had the balls to take the job. No matter who took the job they were destined to fail.

That is not correct, plenty wanted the job and it is difficult to think of anyone who could have done worse. Any sane person would have had the election on May Day and would have got a very good majority. But after 5 weeks of saying "strong and stable" and "I'm getting on with the job" and telling old folk they would have to sell their houses and she loved a bit of fox hunting, she couldn't get a majority when her opponent was an old loopy communist. If the election had been after the Grenfell Tower fire, Corbyn and his marxist pals would have already wrecked the economy.

Brexit is going to happen . an all Ireland customs union is the only way forward.... otherwise Boris will come back in 6 months with a massive mandate .

There were several candidates and if you google, it will tell you. Boris was knifed by Gove for some odd reason and Leadsom who I think would have beaten May was stitched up and given the Environment job. The remain Tory MPs wanted and intended to get May and look how that turned out. The last thing they wanted was for the members to get a vote cuz they knew they wouldn't vote for a lemon.

Keep asking, I can answer!

May was the elites number one choice if Cameron failed too fast track us into the Lisbon Treaty! Cameron lost the Referendum unexpectedly so May was instantly triggered to fill the post, pick up the pieces and do their bidding. They wanted Boris in charge about as much as they wanted Trump as US President, but they have been outplayed by the great unwashed at the ballot box. Now they are emptying the rabbits hat full of dirty tricks but it would appear that enough of us have cottoned onto them and their manipulations (finally!!!) ……………..Trying to impeach Trump for suggesting to the Ukraine President that Joe Biden and son were a pair of scoundrels is insane! What the Bidens have gotten away with so far is eye watering, what a pair of crooks!! And it got confirmed today that Biden Snr was paid 900k for his assistance with "lobbying activies" on behalf of Burisma Holdings. What a stand up guy he is!!

Seems to me there were only 3 leavers and they all withdrew.

Very easy to blame May for being a remainer yet none of the leavers had the courage of their own convictions
