tenants were doing a midnight flit (if you can that mid day!), anyway, they called the police and said I threatened them with a shot gun (in fact I was on my way to Lidl), firearms officer asked me to voluntarily surrender my shot guns, which I did, no idea if I will ever get them back (or the licence).

You should do, from my experience the firearms officers are pretty decent, well they certainly were towards me.
They have to take them away as a first course of action brought about by some high profile murders involving licensed firearms/ shotgun holders.
They will look into it and you'll get them back sooner or later..
As for the main man at the top of the licencing department in Leicestershire... prize winning w**ker, needless to say i no longer hold licences!

Something nasty placed at each end of the footpath. Their dogs can't resist it and afterwards jump onto the back seat. This will be followed by a stressful long hot wash down at home with dog fighting on the lead does the trick.

I have a pile of well rotted muck next to a busy footpath here for just that reason.
They just walk even further out in the field instead.

Ahh, the muck heap needs to be in a precise location beside a gate so when the gate is opened for fur baby, fur baby has no option but to splash through the nice watery brown juicy stuff & ensure its deep enough to get a nice rancid coating on their underbelly to take back to suburbia,
