NP pays tribute to MG not being targets due to the ball he had to pick up
When the shhhh hit the fan it was passed back to RPA (so to speak)

LT goes back to way project set up, says we can quibble, however MG had a plan and is sticking to it, part payment would delay full payments, increase dissaloawance rate (70mil in fines currently)

NP - basically system fails(failing) she goes back to online interface & mapping (blaming)
LT reiterates hardship fund & help from banks

LT - keeps going back to the team working on it - issues historic - critical of CAP policy and greening policy - not a perfect scheme we have failed to implement - MG has turned organisation around - what more can we offer- accuracy is imperative(payments)

HP said to JPS why don't we DFRT or PQZT down at the PPR?

I would have though at least GUTH would be on first name terms with the Top team at DEFRA and RPA
 
revieved my payment down on last year and i applied for the young entrant scheme dont know if i got the scheme or not.Now i have to stop the old man spending it!
