Do I win a prize!!

£2.43 billion, it was included in the EU package before we left
I wonder how many add on s to follow to bridge the gap with EUROPE ( EU, Europe, call it what you wiLL) It was always about more than Agriculture and imigration.

Nearly as much £ as DEFRAs package to Agriculture, or should i now say the Agricultural enviroment package.

As said "I m alright jack" syndrome, ( more money from SFI than BPS, great foresight)

Labour the most likely next Government, hires army of Remainers "to drag us back into the EU"
Who would have thought it

Father always said Labour did more for us than Conservatives, (thats going back though)

Was the EU package free before we left?

So how have you personally benefited from Brexit?
I have not benefited. I didn’t vote Brexit . I think it was a total farce and given the slim majority shouldn’t have been enacted.Perhaps I can return the enquiry to you.How have you personally benefited ? As you live in France you can’t even enjoy pint wine bottles, hang on you will benefit from a blue passport. We’ll be the envy of everyone at a border control in the non EU queue.

That's the stupid question I'd expect. The nhs has had billions pumped into it over many years, the problem with it is mismanagement overuse and a thou shalt not criticise us attitude within it.
The brexit party said it could/ would go to the NHS

Dont get me started on the NHS. We ve have had to spend much £, and travel to save my wife life. Money saving, incompetance, blunder, ignorance, BUT DO NOT critise or you ll be kicked out

Funnily, now having to have a French residency permit, does give you priority at border control. :) Can't think of anything else, other than the UK anti-farming lobby don't have much influence anymore.

French disillusionment with EU growing fast according to Le Monde

French far right hopes to 'ride populist wave' in 2024 European elections

The Rassemblement National is seen as the big favorite in France for the 2024 European elections. It is cultivating its ties with other European far-right parties in view of an alliance in the next Parliament.

Jordan Bardella can "feel the wave rising" ahead of the European elections in June 2024. Of course, Nicolas Sarkozy used the same expression in April 2012, 10 days before being edged out in the first round of the presidential election by François Hollande. But this time, everything is leading the head of the far-right Rassemblement National (RN) to hope that he can "ride this populist wave, which is arriving in France a few years late" and which he believes will topple "Emmanuel Macron's passive presidency [in the 2027 presidential election], just as Donald Trump toppled Barack Obama's [in 2016]."

As early as the end of September, he was predicting a score of 30% for his party at the European elections, five points above the most optimistic polls. The latest surveys have brought it closer to a bar that the RN has never crossed in a national election, setting aside the run-offs of presidential elections, where they have always lost. The party's record dates back to 2015, during the regional elections (27.1% nationally) held a month after the November attacks in Paris.
Macron can't stand again, so how can he be toppled?
It's an Opinion piece, you know that right?

How does that work ? Do you stand in the queue waving your residence permit until someone notices you and calls you forward or do you just barge everyone out of the way explaining that you have priority because you have a residency permit ? 😂😂
