If we were about 5 miles down the road seven Trent would of paid for most of the shed, concreted most of the yards and given me a sprayer wash down area. But apparently it doesn't cover use as our water ends up just down stream for the drinking water extraction point along with the overflow from the local sewage pumping station.
What about one of those temporary sheds that fit on shipping containers, just sell it if you move

Is it normal for a landlord to ask for a 10 year "life"\write down, our landlord wanted the same time span a few years ago, said hoping for a longer write down. 10 years is too short, when your paying £40,000 that's an extra £4,000 a year and then paying extra rent for the shed we have put up.

10 years is short but it’s still yours until the end of the tenancy and they can’t use it in any rent calculations. As once the tenancy is come to and end normally the landlord pays you a nominal fee such as a £
