My son and I run a small retail business out of a portacabin in the yard. Very low footfall. Mainly mail order.
Now the planners have decided to get involved which I expected.
Is it a no hoper to get permission? We are green belt.

When you say looking to get permission, you mean to make a more permanent structure than a portacabin in your yard? If so green belts can be tricky but you could argue that since there is a structure already there and so it doesn't affect urban sprawl... That would be my angle anyways!
