i plan to buy sheep , however quite new to farming so need advice on where i can get ahold of good sheep for a good price and the steps needed to take care of them.
i already have sheep on my farm, Shetland sheep to be percise , however they mature height and wieght is very small so dont make money from them, looking to buy either texels or dorset. main purpose for me is the quality of meat and weight i can harvest from them.

Any advice of which breed i should choose and where i can aquire it would be great (y)

I didn't pick up that you already have experience of sheep keeping from your other thread. If you have good maternal Dorsets to pick from for ewes, then you also might find a terminal sire bred Dorset to cover them.
