Well wouldn't want to jack that amoun unless he was calving a few thousand

Does anyone know if you can replace the alternative pulling ratchet on a vink for the standard one? Got the chance to buy a second one cheap from a neighbour who has sold his cows but it's alt traction and I can't get to liking it at all.

I Know someone who has just got a new calving aid with the Flat plastic end,will calve about 160 per year
I was collecting straw at my mates last year and he had to calve a cow while I was there and out he comes with this little flat end jack.
Totally freaked me out, slipping all over the place and if the cow had gone down in the crate we were using we were stuffed. We got the cow calved no bother in the end, but I was glad to see the job done. I'd kinda forgotten what a step forward the Vink was in design.
Better if you never need it of course but when you do....
