An RC and a C are the same mix, just lazy people miss the R off
The plant will send what you ask for, and if your too lazy to say the R then you will get something you didnt really want.. but hey it all looks like concrete.
I'm pretty sure Rob knows the job, I'm sure he'd have known from driving a mixer aswell as laying it.
