I never have had a reply to my question to them about it.Have had it from RPA that it meets the spec, so I’m not going to question it.
Pretty poor really.
Perhaps they'll change the wording in future rounds.

Does that meet the 200l/min etc spec?
I was thinking about this the other day. As long as the pump they use is capable of that flow & pressure (I’d imagine the actual pump would have its own spec as I can’t see one being solely produced for a specific machine) it doesn’t necessarily mean the output of the machine needs to comply. For example a tractor hydraulic pump on bigger tractors can pump far more oil than you could get out of one spool. Not sure I’d want to risk it without checking first (as has already been done in this case), but I’d imagine others would be approved if they could be shown the relevant info.Have had it from RPA that it meets the spec, so I’m not going to question it.

I had an email exchange with RPA about the Homburg machine on behalf of a client. RPA accepted the machine. Contact Fentons of Bourne - Glenn as they are aware.
Below is the relevant paragraph from the RPA email.
I can confirm the Homburg Delta Drain Cleaner is eligible for the FETF2024 scheme. This item uses a hydraulic method of propelling the pipe through the drain and is therefore considered to be over specification.
I think you have to buy all of themdo you have to buy all the items you apply for? or can you change your mind on some items but still claim for the others?
