Case hydraulics

Hi all
Recently bought a case 895 with front loader. Using a ripvator rear forklift.
I've 2 sets of spool valves. Need one for tilting top link in and out and 2nd one for lowering and raising the forks.
Prob Is when I use the lever to lower and raise the back arms it only lifts slightly but if I use the spool valve levers it lifts to full height.
All hoses disconnected it still wont lift forklift properly off ground.
Am I expecting too much or is there something I'm doing wrong.
Any guidance greatly appreciated.

If it lifts ok when using blowing off a spool valve there's a good chance there's a problem in the unloader valve.
Bottom line is if it lifts with position lever up & spool valve it should also lift with just the position lever.

Thanks grapples. Is that a big job to replace.

You generally repair the unloader valve, if indeed it's that at fault here.
Basically with a light weight on the arms, pull any pipes out the spools at the back of the tractor.
Try lifting the arms using only the position lever, the arms should obviously come up, IF they don't lift pull up a spool lever to blow a relief valve, if the arms now lift the fault is almost certainly in the unloader valve.

What do I need to add gapples to have loader so that the bucket self levels?

What do you need to add for self leveling ?

IF there's a self leveling kit available for your loader that's what you need.
If not you'll be looking at buying a self leveling loader.
There's a fair bit of linkage involved on a self leveling loader compared to standard.

You can see on this video I found on the tube.

Unloader valve sorted and working a treat. Thanks gapples. Are all quicke loader brackets the same or are there different types

Pleased to hear you got it sorted & your very welcome for any little bit of help I've given.
As for loader brackets, there'll be different sizes/strengths available I would have thought ?
