Just looking for advice on the choice of a tractor
Needed for 20 acres, grazing fields at present so able to cut grass with options for using front loading bucket etc.
May need to bale hay but I think the balers will be out of my price range at the moment.
Any suggestions on makes/models going...
Ok folks, I will be grateful for any and all input, with the caveat that brand loyalty isn't my strong suit.
I'm currently running a Ford 7740 with a loader that was never really fit for purpose. Loader has got to go.
My main tractor is a JD 6620 without loader. It has been giving gearbox...
Next year we are 70 cows, Spring calving. Buffered maize in dry spells and turnips/kale over the winter, out pretty much every day for a few hours. Unfortunately even though we try to keep everything simple we still need a loader tractor, just can't see how it's possible without making life...
Just had a set of quicke brackets on a tractor for 4 months.
Brackets are now two pieces and the pin and cone is held together by 3 bolts. These bolts were checked after one week three weeks and four weeks ago at loader inspection.
Yesterday one bolt sheared because they had come loose...
Got a quicke loader mf 4327 6m? Equivalent
Hydraulic locking is messing about.
If I press and hold 3rd and 4th buttons and move lever it tries to unlock but only moves a little.
If I put the softride plug into hyd locking solenoid it works ok IE flinch switch press 3rd move joystick moves in...
Lets take 50mm pins and bushings. If your pin was measuring 49.5mm or 49mm would you keep of dump it? Just wondering how much wear is too much wear.
Similar with a bushing.
Hi All, please does anyone have a stand for a 1980’s Quicke loader in the back of a shed? We have inherited a loader which came without one. It makes supporting the loader when not in use and reversing the tractor out of it. The part number was 1 32 180. See attached picture. Fingers crossed.
Thanks
How much ball park would it be to put a front end loader on a T6-175 2019 new Holland.
Has the secondary joystick already and is plumbed ready for the front links.
No brackets in tractor at moment.
Have a tractor with a quicke loader on a tractor with a mc4 multicoupler, have recently put a set of brackets on a second tractor but a new mc4 tractor bit costs a fortune now. If I change the loader to single flat face couplings what are my options for the electric connections. Unless somebody...
In this month's Farm Machinery Journal....
Very nice shiny advert.
What interested me was it's location.
Apparently 20mins from me. Will be even closer for @nick...
Postcode brings up the nursery and the adnams pub in the village they are based in.
Very strange range of prices. Some, I'd...
This caught my eye a few days ago. 120hp for £60k. Almost affordable by today's standards. Google suggests it's nearer 115 hp though. Turkish built..........hmmmmm.
Back in the day, you'd happily put a 4 furrow reversable on a tractor of this HP. Maybe even a 5 furrow. But this looks a bit "...
Does anyone make hydraulic hose that doesn't perish and burst these days? Seems all newer machines come with stuff that only lasts a few years. 5 year old digger here and hammer lines are knackered. Previous machine was 2007 and same thing, pipes bursting everywhere at about 5 years old. Not...
Hi folks, need a bit of help with plumbing hydraulics for loader on my 135, had a trip loader on it but was struggling to find proper attachments so today I put this tanco loader on as I already have a graip and bucket that suits it. Had the trip loader piped into the tipping pipe and used the 3...
