Want to get some iodine to pour on the autumn calvers backs but not sure where to get it? Any suggestions please?
I’ve had some from Wynstay in the past but they have now shut my local branch. Mole Valley Countrystore aren’t any help as it’s not for horses! Mole Valley Farmer looked at me as if I was mad.
Can I dilute iodine navel dip safely?

Why are you putting pour on for iodine?

Gives the calves a boost if done just before calving. And obviously helps sort any iodine deficiency in the cows which I was concerned about when I started using it as they were grazing fodder rape

We use iodine,selenium, cobalt salt blocks, seems to work well when grazing cows on kale

I thought it had to be done a good period before calving to help ? Have just squirted neat navel iodine on here, also bolus Alltrace hi-iodine at scanning.

Act wessex sell it online. Can use neat iodine, or can put in the water tanks aswell.
