Changing use of small field for events and large tepee

Hi Im wanting to put up a tepee on a field next to busy highway, access is off a public footpath/lane which is only access to our farm and neighbours.
I'm looking at hiring it out for small events throughout the year ...start with small bit see how it goes and add off it attracts attention.
Can anyone help me with how to start please? I was born with Braun but lacking a little in the top shelf department
Any help or advice would be fantastic ta

28 day permitted development so you can let someone put it up and use it but only 28 days per year without planning. I guess it has to come down and site cleared between but depends on who would complain.
talk to teepee hire company and see what cost it would be and advice on planning
