What information are you trying to glean from the forum?

OP will have gleaned how many people (more than expected) completely waste their time (some) with pointless posts, that either have not been thought out properly, or if English is a second language (at best) have not bothered to explain that.
Not as bad as some car forums though - they can be a REAL waste of time!

Brakes have been insufficient since factory, I have managed to do 300 hours over 6 months bearing in mind tractor been back to dealer twice for total of two months plus.

If as you say, then i would suggest you visit the rusty duster forum. There is a lot of very good info on how to communicate with your supplier when dealing with problems. As you are a business user some thiings might be different, but you will get good pointers on what to write
