Ok before you all jump all over me I admit to knowing NOTHING about modern tractor brakes.
I do however have extensive experience with HGV truck brakes and MOT procedures, so surely a dealer should be able to put a tractor on a set of rollers and get a readout of the braking efficiency or is that over simplistic ?
We have come a long way since the old Tapley Brake meters.

A 5 year old could explain your points far clearer and if you have a genuine problem,? We really need fact's rather than riddle's please? Has your dealer attempted a fix or have Claas UK offered a repair or is it out of warranty and you need advise on repair procedure's?
Want to know if anyone else experiencing problems with brakes with Claas Atos.

That comment deserves to be in off topic

Claas rep stated brakes are working as designed. But when road tested vehicle he admitted there is an obvious problem with no remedy at the moment

Well just tell your dealer Its not good enough get it sorted or replace with another machine .!You expect a new machine to act as new still under warranty.

So first course of action for a new machine would be dealer. Then if no luck try Claas direct. Then if no joy and machine is not fit for purpose the finance company.
I had an issue that dealer and manufacturer wouldn't fix so a phone call to finance company saying i was stopping payments and stated reason it was sorted in less than 24 hours.
You could of course be a dealer of another brand?

Edit, Welcome to TFF @claas no brakes no refund
