Claas proactiv suspension uneven

Claas arion 650 suspension, only lifting one side, I've tried swapping solenoid about but no joy. Any ideas what it could be or anything to try ? Thanks

I've just swapped the 2 potensiometer on front of axle and no different, was that the ones you were thinking?

You need to do continuity test on harness going from the sensor. Probably a broken wire somewhere

Almost certainly need a recalibration after swopping sensors I would say

Thanks, can calibration be done easily or a dealer? Also just had new accumulator on the same side

It will work without calibration . You can adjust sensors using multimeter to get even lift of both sides. Are there any error codes

No error codes, I've found that theres no oil going to side that ain't lifting, the solenoid for that side is not energised. Cant find any blown fuses

Bit of detective work needed. Are the cables long enough to swap from right to left solenoid to prove if its electrical or hydraulic problem. If it then works on that side the valve and hydraulic are ok but you have a issue with your Pot or wiring to pot , solenoid. To check Pot wiring follow cables back until you find plugs and swap them around si that right pot is sending signal for left valve if that makes sense. This will prove if wiring is open circuit. You can also back pin Pots. One wire is earth other voltage in and third is reference voltage. Have a go testing good side first for reference

Thanks I just tried swapping them and the side that woulndt go up just did so must be a wiring problem? Am I right? Would it work taking wires off of side that works and branching them onto other side to get it going or am I being rough ?

You've done the hard work now fix it properly... it wont lift equal off one pot. When you said you had tried a different pot was it off the same tractor or did you take it off a different machine

Sorry should have made it clearer, it's the 2 solenoids I swapped over with cables still connected and side that wasnt lifting is now lifting

Put them back as they were as that's proven its electrical problem. Swap plugs for pots

Yup just done that and didnt make a difference

Yes was just checking all them and unfortunately they are all ok, was hoping for an easy fix
