Got the use of the above now, going to change all filters to see if that helps but just wondering if anyone had the same and what was the problem. It's OK around the yard, was clearing hay with it and it can't drag 12 big squares on a trailer, doesn't go up a hill on it's own without falling back to say 10k or less, and it will not go above 30k on road, any thoughts to look at appreciated, hydraulics seem OK.

Heard of a brand new one doing that and it was the air intake hose collapsed inside when working hard and choking it. Hose looked fine from outside

Thanks, I'll look into that, might be something to that as this is how we inherited it...

bear in mind the loader weighs 10t unladen so they aren’t that lively. They are a great machine on concrete but are not at their best towing or on the road

Even so, it should do it's full 40k on the flat shouldn't it, not even close to getting there

Demo'd one afew years ago and was disappointed by its road ability- it would do 40k on the flat on its own relatively easily only in 2ws mode, but any incline saw that plummet. It had some kind of 'overdrive ' that it shifted into at about 30k but required engines revs to be at ~~2200 before it would.
