Jeremy tells us about his farming experiences. He is very good at showing the public the trials and tribulations of physically farming his farm and the Trading account side of the business.

But make no mistake, his prime objective is IHT relief for his kids on the Capital side of it.
Just like every other 1,000 acre plus owned estate in the Cotswolds.

Things may change about the structure of his operation, but he won’t sell that Asset.

Doubt that Jeremy would sell the estate.I expect he could come to some arrangement with Kaleb in the medium to long term. Kaleb is like a son to him anyway.
Kaleb has other land that he farms in his own right and quite a successful Contracting business, completely seperate from what he does for Jeremy.
I’m sure he earns enough money from his TV appearances an Amazon and from Jeremy for the work he does at Diddly Squat.

We all suffered from Youthful Exuberance. But if were him, I wouldn’t take the risk of in effect ‘renting’ or ‘Contract farming’ from or for Jeremy. They work well together as it is. It is the risk of that working well together ‘not’ working well together any more that would worry me.

Couldn't agree more.

The burden of farming that land could be very heavy at the moment.
