Hi JF850. Our 1971 3000 had the same hinged roof. That roof was on the 2000 and 3000 from 1970 J reg to Half way through 1971 K reg. After that they had the white roof like the 4000 and 5000.
I disagree sorry. Have an L reg 2000 with the folding roof. I think it was an option to have the delux white roof.

Hi Flat 10, yes I was wrong with my dates.
Looking at my 1970 brochure of the 2000 and 3000, the first Fieco cab had a vinyl roof, with the hinged roof quoted as an option.
My second brochure from about 1973 has only the white roof offered so I guess your L reg is a late pre-white roof.

I have seen a newish Fendt here in Cyprus.
But I prefer this old Nuffield.
I think she has earned her place on this thread!
