Clusterflush for a small jar parlour ??

Wondered if anyone had a comment to make about what might be a suitable clusterlush for a 10/10 herringbone parlour with midjars please?
Having looked at some older threads and being users of a Peraspray , would be interested to know if someone had any bright ideas ?

I realise they arent a silver bullet ,but when you have no acr's and are pre and post dipping ,then peraspraying the cows that need the afterspray the most (not 100% reliable that )
I have a contact in the diary engineers stable ,so to speak , and will ask his advice , but this place is always a good start ?

Looked at the Cotswold one that links to the acr's and the vac gate ,but not sure if acr's would be needed or not ,but can imagine its better the claws are lowered to flush rather than hanging high up?
We were going to try the Evanza cups ,claws too ,but might be better to put money towards flush system to try and combat a bit of Staph Aureus .

I put the Cotswold cluster system in a 16 16 jar parlour. It was activated by a switch at the end of the parlour so not connected to acr's or gates. This might not be possible on a swing over.

Its not a swing over ,just an old Fullwood herringbone !!
We dont really want to isolate , its not system friendly to do that !!
I know my man wont be overly impressed with bothering with clusterflush - he wasnt the last time I considered it !! Compressors etc ;)

Have you considered pre foaming with something like kilco bio lac ??
Thats the routine here a hangover from the days when we had a scc problem .
If you cut the tops off a few 25 litre drums and place them at intervals the length of the pit . Make up a solution of parectic acid and dip the clusters between cows .
Works well and costs little .
Your man is correct many cluster flush systems slow milking down so milkers are not to fond of them !!
Mention cluster flush to the Teagasc boys and the will lift their eyes to heaven and tell you to sort out the high cellers by treatment or a spin on a lorry !!!:):).
Hope this helps

Top stuff CC 🙂
The pera spray is OK I suppose!! I don't want 25 ltr containers for the cows to shart in and trip me up(being an old git)
Just so much to do in routine.
Might fit some cheap reliable acr, s so we are half way to cflush if we decide to go that way.
Mind you iirc cheap and reliable don't always go together
The acrs would free a bit of time up perhaps to pera spray religiously.
Plus we record, so we are weeding the culprits out eventually.

Try googling chamcotec cluster flush
Put a drop in a bucket of water dip the cluster when you take it of plus its not as harsh as the acid
Worth a try to see if its worth investing in a system or not

You could cut out the prep work ,cows get milked faster less over milking ,staph goes
But you stop the prep staph takes over ,so continued over milking
