20 minutes ,then put it down or give somebody else a goAnd backs and arms get tired after many hours of operation
Back when I was young, arrogant stupid know it all (wife says nothing has changed apart from the age) Dad hired a Bosch breaker as we had a concrete roadway to break up. I immediately took the attitude that operating the breaker was my job and Dad could have the menial job of picking up the concrete and barrowing it to the skip. Dad didn't seem at all concerned at his demotion to labourer.20 minutes ,then put it down or give somebody else a go
Is your transformer rated to a breaker we had an odd incident with a mag drill not sticking correctly down to the transformer

Are you referring to the piston etc inside the casing (strip down needed), not the tool holder mechanism, as the two are different? If you are then you may need the motor windings checked out if the transformer etc all check out as being correct and working as they are intended?
The plug is not well wired so obviously has been replaced at some time but it does have an earth which is hidden in photo. ( but I donāt know if it is connected inside plug. Will check that)You would be a brave man putting 240 volts into that unless you are absolutely certain it was intended. Their appears no earth!
make sure you have a trip on the plug!
Modern earth leakage trips have saved many a life! Wear rubber boots tooOur refrigeration engineer reckoned that as it didnāt cost anything and is not working now anyway. A trial on 240 v wonāt harm.
will check transformer rating and electrical safety and then maybe have a play.
