Just sank steels in the ground and poured walls, then concreted the floor and a ramp. Could easily roof it if needed@Beef farmer
How did you build this in the end.
Currently looking at 75m by30. 4m panels. Built to ground level with access ramp down one side.
Next step how do you cover in the future.

I think the cover rather than the roof is the likely answer but don't think natural england know what they want yet.do they want a roof to keep rainwater out or a cover to keep gas in though? That is the big question a lot of us are trying to find out.
Will we have a design a swimming pool style cover that will roll back and forth for mixing etc
