Constant Tiredness

Mental tiredness firstly, and that affects physical ......how to deal with it?
little darkend room all on your own shut off from everything , ?
How do you do it....
How are you caffeine and sugar intakes?

I have cut out caffeine and have hugely reduced sugar in the past yeaor or two as well as taking Celtic salt, the result is that I feel better and have more energy than when I was 20 training 2 to 3 nights a week at kickboxing.

Caffeine locks up mag which controls energy levels, sodium is another very important one for getting rid of brain fog and tiredness.
3 or 4 granules of Celtic salt a day keeps up the levels of both.

The Turkish barbers in Bolton trim your ears and nostrils whether you're wanting it or not. And they didn't ask either! Just did it! 😆

I've sympathy for you @Bury the Trash , I had this hit me from nowhere a few years ago, in early thirties, was extremely fit and active, then just suddenly exhausted all the time, Was very hard to adjust mentally, I had to completely rethink my attitudes to working and have managed my energy output quite carefully ever since, I'm not unfit, but I can't do half of what I could previously. Tests showed thyroid not doing anything so was put on thyroxin, took it for a couple of years, but it made no difference, stopped taking it well before covid, haven't bothered since, it wasn't making any difference. The one thing that has had the biggest positive effect on my health and energy levels in recent years has been cutting out nearly all sugar from diet.

I don’t think stress helps at all.

I feel like I’m under a lot of stress at the moment, and I’m sure farming as a whole is facing similar with the weather, government regulation, and the massive change.

Stress is hugely tiring because the brain just doesn’t have chance to relax and rest.

You must have been a fly on our wall this morning!
Completely flat for the last few weeks. Can't get momentum to do anything after feeding cattle (although I always do)
Had bloods done a month ago and everything normal so I must be just getting workshy*

Flu Jab next year I think would be wise and help protect people around him from having to deal with like a bear with a sore head :D:cautious:
seriously tho I'll be dam glad when its gone ....

that's a far old slice but sounds like i you dont mind losing it but not like that .
trouble is jabs means a visit to the docs :cautious:
Yes I try not to go there too. I’ve got the same problem as you not been able to have time to recover. Working in the constant bad weather feels like it’s part of prolonging the problem. Yes I’ve got plenty of timber to go at not been off my grub just lost weight

i had it done years ago, and yes it did help. see the bits of wax ( and other stuff :D) in the jug after wards
think you need to put drops in for a few days forst really to soften it up ,well thats what the doctors said back then
putting drops in m,ine now but the roaring /screaming noise hasnt got any less , permanent damge done i guess. wouldve bee n fine of they had done them that last time ,they had run out of money i suppose

Take Vit D cos its a sunshine generated vitamin -most people deficient.
Spend 1hr /day in very good light 3000lux plus.
Maybe B12 defficient? do you drink a lot of alcahol ? depresses B12.....
Good diet -take a walk in the sun and clear your head.
Tell someone you love them ...........(but only if you do -don't just grab the postman..)
