Before you buy anything have a word with your local NH dealer. Identical apart from stickers, but always been a lot cheaper than Trimble badged stuff.

Quote from Genuine Trimble Local Specialist May17 was £7.5k for full setup into Auto-Guide Ready Massey.
thats the lesser accurate signal & 750box
it was £10.5k for the android type touchscreen & RTK guidance.
Fully Installed tested demo'd the lot.
There is quite alot of sep bits to the whole thing i dunno if this is lesser on other tractors mind.

I had the same fitted as above, (3 years earlier than your quote) and it was 2k cheaper. Carried out by trimble dealer.
Use to think that gps etc would eventually become cheaper when it had been out a bit.
Glad i took the plunge when i did as i might find it more difficult to justify. Having said that, once youve had it you wouldnt want to be without it!!

Not sure if you need any extra bits on an MF but we had full autosteer fitted to a trimble ready tractor in June. NH badged 750, nav controller etc for a good £2k less. That’s on rangepoint (the free signal).

Always found the Northern and Southern Trimble dealers to be priced very differently
Although the cheaper of the 2 wont deal outwith their allocated area...

... so have bought all GPS kit from the local NH dealer instead (y)

I can't vouch for the Alnwick branch, but Michael Purvis at Kelso is a top bloke and knows his stuff. You'd have to ask him about the non NH fitment.

It took a while, but NH have finally got their finger out with proper customer support through dealers.

Its about time the dealers did there part anyways, involving third parties that really wont know the tractors
inside out is very silly & poss expensive time wasting if you ask me.
No had much to do with said Dealership really since we sold them back out last combine some 7 seasons ago.
top firm normally tho. just dont run anything they sell now. Unless you go & get there vast stock of KV Metal
via them but i just get mine from the other local dealer than sells them now.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.
