What are solar panel companies paying to rent roof space in the UK?
In France if you can justify a shed that big and get planning permission the rent for solar panels would cover the cost or if you prefer solar panel companies will build it for you for free.
They rent the land for 20 years and build the shed which you get to use then after 20 years its yours.
You have to pay for everything below ground level (footings and cable laying) but that's a tiny fraction of the cost of a 1800 square metre shed.
