Cost to put a main drain under a road

Hi all, it's looking like we may have to get a new outfall drain for a block of land so I'm wondering if anyone has a rough idea of the cost involved in getting a 12 inch pipe under a road?(two lanes) There's plenty of services in the way so has to be done properly, as nice as it would be to just hammer a long bar through haha!

Could you bore it, or will it need digging up? You'll be surprised what they can do with a boring rig.
It could be bored I imagine, fields are a couple of feet below the road so ought to be able to get under services depending how accurately they can survey?

Be worth getting someone who does it and who is adequately insured for infrastructure to come quote. Was going to cost me a grand to go under a single track road with a 6" duct. Chaps were pretty happy they could dodge services but weren't that many. Need to own both bits of land to dig the bore pits in, and have a happy highways department.

Thanks all, hopefully the existing pipe can be fixed, but it's (well) off our land and no one will admit its there problem but hey ho, iv a feeling one of the guys at cricket is something to do with a drill rig but don't know if they can directional drill
How big can they send a mole nowadays? Might be as well with several six inch pipes spread out a bit if a mole would do that?

Fibre optic are the worst ones to hit, will be a 7 figure fee to fix
It really shouldn’t be the case . I think they have historically made a huge fuss about fibre cables because joe bloggs doesn’t understand it . Digger operator and a fibre splicer for a few hours and several phone calls later and all but the most humongous fibre cable can be repaired.
