It probably should have been mentioned as well he owns a considerable seed supply business as it was portrayed that he did this type of farming purely out of concern for the environment whereas his business supplies a lot of the seed required for all the environmental scheme options. So going down this route would be beneficial to his business, nothing wrong with that of course but it really should have been covered in his introduction.

Butactually It starts with planning , if that was not granted in the first place by the council or whoever , unless everything about the site was 100% suitable then there wouldn't be a problem.

He is a very clever guy and a born salesman and will no doubt greatly benefit from the move to environmental seed mixes which will inevitably be needed to fill the current trend away from actual food production. I would hazard a guess the whole farm is really trial plots for his business and not merely a move to environmental farming.

Anyone would think it were of some bloody significance that mattered, instead of some poxy little county that no one’s ever heard of, somewhere between Wales and’t North Sea.

He didn’t mention that on ”the file” though 🤷🏻‍♂️ Leaving a crop for 4 years would soon turn everything to crap/brambles. Using the golden hoof increases fertility etc, no mention of that from what I saw...

the kids were talking so I wasn’t 100% concentrating mind
