Sounds like hardware disease

In other words she ate something sharp that cut or punctured her innards....or she could have swallowed a piece of plastic and it caused a blockage. Are you one of those farmers who allows bale plastic and trash and twine to blow around on the farm or get into the cows feed?

Have you considered 'Wooden tongue'? Actinomycosis.
More info here.

Scroll down for description. 5 - 7 days pen & strep is reccomended.

Sounds like timber tongue or wooden tongue as you lads call it. Feel along under her jaw in between both sides of her jaw. It should be nice and soft as you press upwards. If it's any way hard or quiet firm she has timber tongue and needs a good shot of something like Pen/Strep or plain old Penicillin will work. It's been a long time since I've seen it in an animal. A prod to the tongue can cause it. Alternatively she might have something lodged in her throat. Are you feeding beet?.

OP is in Asia, he/she may be struggling with translating some of the suggested causes/ treatments into a local context.

I know this is a sweeping generalisation, but if in Asia, could it be impaction with plastic bag(s)?
Vets from here have been out to India over the years (not a recent phenomenon) to help local Vets in removing obstructions from so many free ranging cattle.

Hope @Vikaskothiyal23 's cow is ok.
