Got a small fiat pickup , front and engine in good order , back is fairly rotton , whats the thoughts on cutting it in half and make a new back end and put a flat buck on the back ,
Or just sell it for parts

It's a Fiat... they don't go straight anyway! Not worried about doing it , its getting axle lined up so it runs straight down the road ,
In my previous job we had a Fiat Tempra SW as a pool car - damn thing was awful to drive, but no matter what anyone tried it just wouldn't die - even significant quantities of unleaded didn't do it.I resent the quote that Fiat's don't go straight, as a previous owner of one i can assure you they do.....straight to scrappy...........
Close one eye and hold your thumb up as you weld it togetherNot worried about doing it , its getting axle lined up so it runs straight down the road ,

FioriniI'm guessing it's a Fiorino/strada pickup?
They're a monocoque construction so require the sides of the vehicle to provide strength.
You can't just flat bed it as there is no chassis and would soon fall in half.
