Sprayed the silage ground for docking etc 3 weeks ago, however the grass is ready to cut and giving good weather here in NI. Planning to make Haylage or Hay. Is it to early to cut after spraying or do i need to leave it. Will it affect the Hay / Haylage?. The fertilizer was spread around 5 -6 weeks ago.

Follow instructions on the can. Chemical should not affect silage or hay/haylage at all but there may be a low level in the manure from animals fed upon it.
