Pretty solid if given regular oil changes. Occasional turbo and injector failure. DMF's considered a ~60k wearing part though.
Oh dear this one's done 50k😫
There is a vid on you tube of tiff needel (on fifth gear) driving one through mud that had stopped a defender......maybe a set up though.

The uk coastguard uses Yeti 4x4 as an area car. They are shod on winter tyres and pretty much go anywhere the L200’s on mud tyres do. They also have additional underbody guards. These are manual but the drivers like them

Fed up with pouring diesel into the Hilux, which one of these would be practical for getting about the farm? I know they won't tow.
Looking about 10 years old.
How many miles do you think it would do? It takes a fair bit of saved diesel to cover the extra insurance, Road tax, maintenance, mot etc.

I’ve just gone the other way as got fed up with having two lots of everything. Not regretting it yet.

Skoda Yeti 4x4. Put some michelin cross climates on and it'll go most places. Once drove our old one across some shiny wet clay that left a crawler sliding downhill and the Yeti never put a foot wrong! Same on snow, just kept going till i got too deep.
It would pull 1750kg, and was very stable with a 10' flat trailer behind.

Dacia 100%.

Pretty much standard across the French Alps now, seem to have replaced the old boxy Panda that was so popular.

I once drove one 2km up a piste. Cracking little cars.
