Guided at not much over £10k/acre, inc 2 dwellings which alone must be worth a goodly chunk.
It astonishes me that ground like that isn't worth 5 times what some sour junk would sell for, ditto grade 1-2 arable in East Anglia lately still had for the same money.
I evidently know nothing.
