Is it that special? Looks like some of the old smaller buildings are past there best/ needing demolished. Most wives would say the house is needing refurbed!!

My thoughts as well. Guided at a price to sell but the vendors have their eyes on another farm so will need theirs to move reasonably quickly to be able to complete what they are wanting to do.
Good luck to them that’s some stressful manoeuvring
