can be done - arable nearby - muck for maize, rotational grass, may be more doable than an extra 300ac for 3m with 90k a year interest? rent 400ac for 80k????
Would rather milk 180 odd there...But I think it would be some good land and could grow alot of grass. And buildings look good. Would need slurry storage sorted though...

A loch we needs loads up here with the rain. That driveway situation has me a bit tho

Front drive to the house, back drive straight up to the yard, not sure what the crossover bit is for, front drive looks to be coming out at a bit of a corner so maybe to get you further away from it.
Nice wee paddock in between driveways for a few heifer calves.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
