Plenty farmers have the option but it often feels like giving in.Got something to live for to try and beat the bank.

I'm still a bit west of that and it would probably be a 2 hour drive in the summer holidays . It is however right next door to the smallholding my grandmother grew up on. Everyone in the area was evicted during the war and the US military took over. She hates Americans nearly as much as Germans.

Lots of top breeders pack up though,and it isnt one of the three "D s". Nothing lasts forever,and many just want to cash in and go out on a high.Takes a fair amount of dedication,all your waking life really,24/7, 365 days a year.
