Dairy farms in New Zealand

We are heading out to New Zealand January 2025, hoping to visit the South Island. We are a spring calving dairy herd and looking for inspiration from the kiwis, travelling with my wife and young child. Any dairy farms in particular to visit, any places that stood out and welcome visitors? Any information greatly appreciated

Some dairy farmers do home stay/bed&breakfast could be a good point of contact.

Had an interesting visit to see a guy called Mark Mcdonald, Ashburton, Salisbry Plain 10 years ago. Had milking shorthorns then but Google suggests he has used a lot of Viking genetics semen recently..
