Situation Vacant Dairy Herdsperson - North Shropshire

The Opportunity: A fabulous opportunity to join a very friendly family team working on a well run and modern dairy farm. You will report directly to the hands-on owner and will be responsible for daily tasks such as, milking, calf rearing, feeding, parlour maintenance and general record keeping.

This farm has a very well planned layout that creates a tidy and efficient working environment for the team.

Employer: Family Farming Business, with a recent large investment into the farm infrastructure.

Essential


  • Dairy farming experience
  • Have a eye for detail
  • Enjoy working in a tidy environment
  • A very good communicator
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable

  • Foot trimming experience
  • A.I trained
Remuneration: An excellent salary, 28 days holiday, regular weekends off and training if required
