Dairy opportunities

Hi, been following the dairy forum for sometime now but never posted so hope I've done this right. Looking to get into dairy, have worked on and been around dairy farms my whole life, have relief milked for best part of 20 years. Me and my young family are looking for an opportunity to get into dairy in one way or another. We have the ability to buy into a business if that was needed or to take on a tenancy. Just looking for a lower level investment than buying all the equipment and land and livestock required at todays interest rates. Open to most suggestions and we are right flexible in what we'd take on as a family. Probably a longshot, but if you don't ask you don't get! Thanks in advance for any advice/ ideas.

Ye I appreciate that people have asked in past and maybe not got anywhere, but it worth an ask, may be someone reading this that is considering retirement or getting tired of working on their own and would like a youngish keen chap to bring bit of fresh enthusiasm to the job. Ideally Welsh English border, but anything considered. Thanks

Also worth a chat with Tony Evans from Andersons. He fixes up lots of people with share farming agreements and helps to run the RABDF/AHDB Entrepreneurs in Dairy program which is designed to help people like yourself. It is a bit of an investment at £450 plus your hotel stays etc but most people who have done the course felt it was lifechanging
